Here AF goes again with arms raised in front of Annapurna South (7200m/23700ft) in the Himalayas!!! :-) That's her way of saying "wooooow". :-) It feels like the Alps but ... much bigger. And no cheese fondue. :-(

Left at 4:30am (in the dark with a headlamp) for a 1h hike uphill (400m/1200ft altitude difference). Lots of oohs and aahs as the sunrise slowly hit some of the highest peaks in the world. But too many trekkers and really cold - below freezing actually and we didn't bring our Bolivian wool hats!!
