It's my second visit in 6 years. It's not the best of the Caribbean Islands as I remember not taking many photos. Scenery is good from the top and I didn't visit the beaches on either trips. I explored the town more on this visit although it really wasn't worth it.
It was a quiet Sunday morning and nobody was around. I took some photos of the old buildings that were left as there has been a lot of changes. The town has lost its old village charm. I guess brick houses can withstand the tsunamis and hurricanes better than wooden homes.
I enjoyed coming across chickens in the street as it reminded me of the last trip. It has been modernised but not sure for the better as it has lost some of its villagey charm but I guess safety is more important. You don't want a hurricane or tsunami to come and wipe out your town.
After a couple of hours I headed back to the ship and sunbathed by the pool.
