Shazza's Escapades Light hearted look at my travel escapades

Poland 2016

POLAND | Wednesday, 25 May 2016 | Views [329]

I never thought I would ever go back to Poland. It was 20 years since my last visit and it has changed a lot. I avoided all the big tourist draw of the old concentration camps. I saw them once and I didn't want to experience that sadness again. I stuck to the main cities of Warsaw, Gdansk and Krakow, exploring their cobbled streets. One of the cheapest countries I have had the pleasure to stay in. They have so many free walking tours all the time. It was truly amazing.

I travelled around Poland using their Polski Bus. It was so cheap and the facilities on board were great. Free wifi and charging points. A wonderful and cheap way to travel around Poland.
