Montevedio was one of the stops on my itinerary. Again I have been to Uruguay before and remember the small city center near the ocean. I loved walking around looking at the old buildings especially the ones with balconies. There seems to be alot of graffiti and not all of it was nice. There were some street art that was either political or just ornamental others was just plain vandalism. I walked to the otherside of the city and found the dog park unfortunately the local folk don't like picking up their dog mess. It is all around the city and with the bad graffiti really doesn't do this little city any justice. It was so much nicer all those years ago. Such a shame when you go to a place from years ago only for it to be worse for wear.
