Drive to West Bay, with a stop at the Hardy Monument. Not the poet but the seaman with Adm Nelson! Great expanses of rolling hillsides. The cliffs at West Bay are something to see!!!! Terrific crab sandwich and then a scenic drive back along the coast....

Nice walk, the long way around to see the water, into town and the harbor and beach area. Then terrific dinner, meat pie under puff pastry dome!!! Watched the drawbridge go up at 1800 for boats to go into the main harbor area.
