This morning was by far the hardest goodbye yet. Pere and Rene - who have been our family here in Amsterdam. We thought we would have more time with them, but with the great last minute flight we found, it was cut short.
We woke up early and Rene drove us to the airport. It was a quiet morning for us all until the final ciao - where we all (almost not Briel) broke down and cried. I can't express how much I will miss them.
They have been part of my life for so many years everyday. Thru every great and sad moment they have been there. I couldn't have survivided Amsterdam with out them. I was lucky enough not to know what it is to be without them.
Thank you guys for everything you have done for us, the babies. I feel so sad to walk away this morning. But the world is small now and I know you are in my ife forever. I love you both. Take care.
