Having some spare weeks I decided to fly back up to Auckland to meet up with friends I have made whilst here in New Zealand. I met up with Anna, Anja and Bai & Ary. Its was great to meet everyone again - I even revisited my favourite bar O'Carrolls on my last night which could have ended badly as I didnt get up the next morning when I should have and only made it to the bus with 2 minutes to spare - that will teach me no to accept unknown shots from the bar staff.
I've decided to take another Magic bus to reach Wellington as I enjoyed my time on the bus in the south island and it stops at places I missed when I was in the north before.
