My super boring journal I would like some more pressed duck.

Jay Leno was wearning a denim shirt and jeans! What a fashion faux pas

Howdy! I keep trying to think of new ways to open my journal, but alas, there are only so many.

Today I was supposed to go out with another girl from the hostel. She either forgot or decided to go somewhere different, but I waited for her until 12.30 before I went out. I had planned to go to the Getty Centre today (an art gallery). But I was a bit hesitent because it was far away and used a differentbus service and I wasn't sure where to get on and I was tossing up whether to bother and just see a movie when a guy gave me a ticket to see 'The Tonight Show' with Jay Leno. It was much the same as Jimmy Kimmel but WAY more professional. Jay Leno was nice too. He spoke to us. Jimmy Kimmel ignored us and got the warm up guy to do all the talking. The guests were diana Krall, Tommy Lee Jones and Sarah Silverman(the roomates girlfriend in the school of rock). They said on friday George Clooney will be on. Almost makes me want to extend my trip. Almost.

One major point about LA that I have neglected to mention is that everyone has little dogs (think paris hilton) these little dogs where dog shoes and dog coats and they are allowed to go EVERYWHERE. In the stores, in the buses, even in restaurants. It is terribly unhygenic. Also, people will ask you to do ANYTHING for them. Yesterday I had to go to KMart and buy underwear for this woman because she was having trouble breathing and couldn't walk but people kept stealing hers from the clothes line. She then showed me a picture of her messiah. It was Sun Yung Moon. I think that makes her a Unitarian?

Anyway, It's been fun but I am ready to go. Tomorrow I will go to a museum and the Kodak Theatre (I already have my tickets) and on Friday I go to CANADA! yayayayayayayayayay

Congratulations Dan on doing well at school! Keep the Fahey legacy burning bright. Ebony LA is very big. I have not happened across an archetecturally significant KFC.

Love you all, Bye.

Hi,Susan. Best of luck for your journey to Canada. How are you getting there? (I assume by air). Anyway, take care and keep warm. Love

GET YOUR WOOLIES READY! It's a balmy -10 degrees up here in Canada, eh! Don't worry, I don't think anyone will ask you to buy underwear for them but you never know. See you tomorrow! Have a nice flight!
