So, I have officially travelled to the "butthole of the world." Bucarest, Romania. The most disgusting place on earth. I would really like to write about theis experience but... I'm trying to forget this part of my life! haha. No, it was really disgusting though. We tried to go to the city center, but we were so disinterested within our first hour after arrival that we went back to the train station and hung out in McDonalds for 6 hours. YEs, I am ashamed of myself, this was THE exception to our mandatory culture exposure for each country/city. The bathroom... I can't even explain it... it was a third world country of it's own. We had been warned before we went, but thought that we could overlook just about anything... Guess we were wrong.
I was happy to get on the train and head for Bulgaria.
