Teaching English to children in India

INDIA | Wednesday, 30 June 2010 | Views [1541]

A behind the scenes look at a DVD production for producing 'Teaching English" videos - targeted to elementary school children in India.  Kirsten is the director & producer.  Her ambitious DVD series project with Aid India is called Eureka Child.  The kids are from poor villages and have never had any acting experience - they learned acting & English while making this series!  There were many people on the video team including volunteers from India & the US that helped with writing & editing stories, designing & making the sets, providing transportation & food for the kids & staff AND putting the final project together. It is a BIG undertaking - we look forward to the FINAL VIDEOS!!!  THE kids are sooooo cute!
