Delhi - A city 'out of control!'

Delhi, India (11.1 – 11.3) Chuck arrived 11.2

For me, Delhi is ONLY a city from which to make connections to other parts of India.  I found it so difficult to breathe through the thick, acidic, smoky, polluted air that I wore a mask almost 100% of the time.  We did see a few sites, but…a very difficult city to be in because of it’s severe pollution.  Like most places, the people make the city & our city taxi-tour guide was excellent, so we requested him to also take us to the bus station (our trip to McLeod Ganj, Dharmsala, India).  He not only carried some of our bags, but found the right bus for us & waited till we were able to put our luggage on & board…he was quite a gentlemen - happened to be from Nepal - so nice!
