Today I woke up and chilled at the hostel while catching up on emails. I finally got to take a shower and wash off all of the cave dust from last night. Also, I made myself a nice egg breakfast at the hostel. In the afternoon Greyson and I found a hip food truck to have a local burger and beer--pretty tasty for the price.
A group of us (Greyson, Frank, Cameron and Nicole) decided to book a time to try an “Exit Room.” These are life size puzzle games where you are locked in a room and have and hours to use all the clues to escape. It was Alice in Wonderland themed and definitely worth the time. We made it out of the room with just under two minutes to spare. On the way back to the hostel we stopped at a craft brew shop called “Only Good Beer” that my friend Frank (from the train from the airport) had recommended. Frank is a really good judge of a city because all of his recommendations were spot on the mark. (Thanks Frank!)
Back at the hostel the event for the evening was a river boat party. The boat goes up and down the Danube with great view of all the historic buildings on the waterfront. Also everybody gets their own bottle of champagne to pop together on the boat. It was a fun time. After the river cruise, the boat docked up on an old converted warship. The boat had been turned into a music venue/club/bar on the different decks. It had better music than expected. After a while on the music boat I took a tram back to the hostel to catch some sleep.
