After a 5 hour delay on our flight departure from Lima we showed up in Cusco to a lot of rain and the first afternoon/night spent suffering from a combination of altitude sickness and lack of sleep, hightened by a hangover from red wine consumed in the morning at the airport, passing time before our 50 minute plane flight finally got off the ground.
