Tuesday 10th June
I had a bit of a lie-in, getting up at 08.30. I did some laundry and then headed into Bondi Junction to take a look for some jeans, which I badly needed as the only pair I had taken away with me were becoming threadbare. I wandered about for a few hours but didn't see anything I wanted to buy, so I went to get my haircut and took the train into town to meet Daniele, who had flown from Darwin two days before.
I met Daniele and his brother Dennis and we hung out for a few hours. It was good to catch up again, and they told me about their plans to visit Samoa or Fiji before they left Australia on the way home. I took the bus back to Bondi and met Liz, Iain and their friend Kelly for dinner at a tapas bar and that was a good way to pass an evening.
