My super boring journal I would like some more pressed duck.

What are your predictions for the year of the dog?

Hi! WHat has eveyone been doing? Playing in the hot hot sun. We've ne in to another cold snap. It's a bit of a drag. There is a tiny bit of snow on the ground. At least its not raining.

I had a job interview today. It was for a Maths tutor at a boarding school for international students.Afterwards I walked out and all of the japanese and chinese boys were out the front smoking. That made me laugh and laugh. It was a group interview and the two other people in the room had masters degrees in mathematics. I was in a good mood and felt superior to them though. The interviewer made them both nervous, but not me, hahahahaha.

For the past cuple of days I haven't been doing much. I go to work and get easily tired and annoyed. I got a list of all of the things I am exoected to do. GOSH! The whole point in getting a minimum wage job is NOT having any reponsibility. I've been given sections that I am in charge of and have to merchansdise. I'd rather just be told to do this, and I'd do it.

It is almost time for the winter olympics. Canadians are all excited. You can buy all of the Canadian merchandise from department stores. They are bright. They are also expensive. Did you know that there is a version of 'Dancing with the Stars' here that pairs a professional ice skater with a celebrity and they have to do ice dancing. Uncle Joey from Full House is one of the celebrities.

Ummm. not too much has been going on. I still haven't heard back from the play. And I have been applying for a lot of jobs. I applied for one at a hospital as a lab assistant and on testing quality at a brewery. Either would be great. Please send good vibes my way. Lest my spirit be crushed.

Who was bok choy boy? I don't think it was Daniel. It didn't have a Daniel feel. He must be uncovered. Anyway, I have exhausted my supply of innane comments for today. Talk to you all soon.

It was Daniel, although he used vocabulary I didn't know he knew. My email isn't working so I will use this instead. I hope you get a nice job but probably not the one as a MATHS tutor, that would suck more than the job you already have, wouldn't it? Speaking of jobs, I am moving from the child care centre, just a phase, I am going to be a speech and langauge support officer for the education department's speech and langauge team. They rang me and begged, it was nice. The child care is not happy though, they had advertised themselves as having a speech pathologist etc, and then when I told them they said they didn't feel that I was totally on board anyway - the bastards! - I have to do two more weeks there. The other job also pays way more. I only had two kids today, the ones that stand at the door and cry for mum ... ALL DAY LONG. I know that you think "surely she is exaggerating" but no it is all-day-long. It is no fun singing hot potato, hot potato to myself, I just want to sit on the floor and cry with them. We are not allowed to mix the kids so even though there were twelve toddlers they could have played with, my two had to stay in the other room, it is stupid. I am moving house on saturday and have spent every night this week packing, I am so tired. I am thinking of taking the house money and leaving the country along with a massive amount of debt, they will never find me. Bye for now, AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Hi, Susan. I hope you do get that maths tutoring job, as you seemed to have good feeling about it. What are those theatre people doing? Don't they know talent when they see it, or is every second person trying to get into amateur theatre? I can confirm that Daniel is Bock Choy Boy, but I think BCB is a bit more exotic (as Ezra says - who is Ezra? - 'annoying but cool'). Soon I will be listing the 10 supercoolest inventions ever. Watch this space! I will send you an email tomorrow about a letter you got and what I did about it. (I can't send it now because the letter is at work and I'm unsure who the sender was.) I am still waiting for that one picture before I can post you my diary of the SW trip. I have finished one side of the front of the bolero I'm knitting. My cortisone injection has been quite successful, which is great. I have run out of Harry Potter books and am now reading a book on the history of the royal family's scandals and corruption. There are loads of mosquitos around and I keep getting bitten. I swam at Cottesloe Beach last Saturday. That's about all my news. Bye for now. love, Mum.

PS. There was a cockroach about six inches long flying around the computer. I sprayed it and can now here it clattering around on the other side of the room.

RIGHT. GET THIS- Ezra (who is Ezra? I've been following them for days but they keep pixelating their face) thinks that I am 'annoying but cool'. ANNOYING BUT COOL! That is what I was going for! And but not Brenton. Brenton is not 'annoying but cool'. Brenton sux. AND AND AND- Mrs Fahey, that's your Mum Sue, thinks that I am (quote)"clever or witty". TAKE THAT, all you naysayers. Our school is doing Harmony Day, and on the website, they will give you for FREE- 25 metres of orange plastic to decorate the school with! You could wrap up a water tank, or a tree, or the principal. Harmony Day is cool, but having 25m of plastic at my disposal makes me giddy with possibilities. Last week, the education minister didn't want public school students wearing denim. Corduroy manufacturers nation-wide are clapping their hands. Ever wanted your site blacklisted Sue?

Well that didn't work. What you need to add is a less than sign, followed by "br", followed by a greater than sign. The neo-conservatives can't even get the war right. How can you expect them to successfully bypass the html filter in a worldnomads blog?
