Hello,

I am looking for work but have yet to apply for too much. I have a whole bunch of newspaper bits that have jobs on them which may work for me. Here you mostly don't have to go through the whole selection criteria process which is great.

Yesterday I went to the Burlington Mall which is just across from where the lady I am staying with works. I went to a second hand store and bought some snow boots for $10 which was pretty good. Then I went through the mall by myself which was quite fun. As I prepared to exit I reached in my bag to put on my NEW hat and it was not there. It m7ust have fallen out somewhere in the shopping centre. I went back around to look for it but it was not there. I walked outside and my ears were bitterly cold. Not just with the extreme temperature, but with the sadness of loss.

After we got home Margaret, Jane Ann and I went to yoga at the 'Y'. It was quite fun, except my balance is not that of a seasoned yogi. At the end we had a time to lie down in the dark. That was very fun.

Ebony, you're a champ for figuring out the phone issues. Talk to you all soon. Send good thoughts about my hat.

Hi, Susan.. So sorry you lost your new hat. It's a horrible feeling when you lose something that you've formed an attachment to, not to mention the expense. As I am like you as far as losing things is concerned, I advise you to: 1. Keep everything in one bag (which nothing can fall out of easily) and use only one bag, so you are not moving things between bags. 2. Attach the bag to your person and never put it down anywhere, except for in a safe, secure place when you are at home or work, and always in the same place. 3. When you take something out of the bag, put it straight back into the bag as soon as you have finished with it and never anywhere else, even for a moment. 4. If you buy something that won't fit into your bag, tie it, or the separate bag it comes in, onto your bag. Use a reef knot. This is really serious advice and works for me. If it sounds in any way peculiar, I have just come from my 3rd Christmas party of the week and have had some red wine. I also wanted to comment about the yoga. I now realise that's what the title refers to. I'm glad you got a good bargain in the snow boots. I must now do my stats before I catch the bus. Bye for now. Love XX......
