I don't stand for nothing! Well maybe I do. I'm in my 51st year but far too young at heart. I'm classified at a push as moderate by my financial advisor, yes I have one (Owen Cook from Ablestoke - he's very good and he would like me to tell you I'm sure) and by my niece, Charli, but mostly have been far too cautious. This year I have quit my job, hopefully will have sold my flat (thanks Dad on many levels) and am returning to the city of my birth for the first time since I left aged 4, having been told around 10 years ago by the Tibetan Bon teacher, Christoper Hansard (like his books) that I must go back TOMORROW. Still not sure why but so far I am really happy to be here.
I'm also a Buddhist so will most probably take in the holy sites and also want to visit Darjeeling and Kalimpong which are strongly associated in my mind with my teacher Sangharakshita - check out his beautifully wirtten accounts of his time in India particularly the Rainbow Road.
