Trekking back out.....

Sleeping in high altitude is a challenge – everybody here is tossing and turning through the night, but I must have slept, because I woke up to bright sunlight – ready to go down……..well, to be perfectly honest, it won’t be just down, it will be another up and down, just a different way then we came in. Today we will descent 900m. Though we have learned to be suspicious of what our guy says in our guide book!

Later: It was a long hard day, the weather threatened to go bad on us any time (never really did though it was windy and cold, but it stayed dry – pretty much…) – we had no lunch on top of it. We made it to the suggested village of "Phorte" hungry, dirty and cranky, but found a good warm lodge with lots of French trekkers…………………man, the potatoes are taking a long ass time: I AM HUNGRY!!!!!
