You probably don't know this.. but we didn't either.. San Sebastian make some of the best cheese cake in the world! So we found the best of the best, at a small bar called La Vinas.. asked for a piece of cheesecake.. scoffed it down in 2 minutes then left haha. It was aaaamazing! It was baked but it was so soft and silky on the inside you would think that it was still raw.
