Started the day with a bike ride. Road about 15km. Some of it was very pleasant and picturesque on roads that didn't allow anything bigger than a motor bike. The rest of it was scary!! Easy riding though as the country is so flat. Stopped at the porcelain village where I got to be a potter with a wheel and clay and a 92yr old expert assisting me. This has been one of the few days the sky has been Austrailan blue - usually it is just a dirty cloud colour. Then off to the Red Bridge cooking school that was apparently on Getaway. It was excellent. Made some interesting dishes including our own rice paper :). Was 30 minutes there and back on a boat which added to the experience. Picked up the clothes and shoes I had ordered - which fortunately for me was a good to very good experience as some of our group were not so lucky. Went for a wander to the other side of the town and caught up with Paul & Toni Henderson
