We started the day with the most sumptuous breakfast - miso soup, crepes, home-made yoghurts, fresh fruit, and much much more available. We then went on a small boat to a fish farm which is a basically a house on water with a big cage of fish below it - up to 5000 fish which are reared and sent to market. We then went for a walk around Cham village on the most rickety bridge you can imagine - the village is built about 2m above the ground due to yearly flooding. While there we got to watch a lady weaving. Back to the hotel for a quick rest before the bus trip to a crocodile farm for lunch - satay croc - and then the drive to Can Tho. Went for a short wander along the bank of the Mekong, watching boxing and fitness classes along the shore, and then a group tea, a glass on the rooftop balcony and a reasonably early night.
