Would have been happy to stay for a while in Munich. But Berlin beckons. Caught another of the very quick trains which did speeds of 200km and then dawdled for bits. The countryside was much less changing than the last trip. It was mainly flat, flat and flat once we left the surrounds of Munich. On first impression, Berlin is much more working class than Munich. Great room we are staying in. Not far from the the Fernsehturm (or TV tower) and Alexanderplatz. So we went for a wander in the tower 368m in the air and I must say vertigo or gravity or whatever did make my tummy turn a little. Great view though.
