Saw fishermen cleaning these at the market so I asked what they were. "Buche" (something like that), said the Chinese liked them in soup, then I knew immediately what they were: fish maw. I knew there's a reason I never liked them, should have seen them having the contents removed, disgusting!

Ta-da! Had them with rice (cooked in tomatoes) and a cabbage and carrot slaw. Yummers!

At the last Ecoclub, we had kids made wallet out of empty milk and juice boxes. It's amazing how creative we can be when resources are limited.
