On the first day, all the boats were decorated and there was a regatta, where anyone could board the boats; they sailed from Puerto Lopez to Manchalilla, a nearby fishing port, and back. In the evening was a beauty pageant followed by a major fiesta of music and dancing. All the fishermen were so drunk, no boats went out for three days! by: pmok Views[405]
