Out of the bubble......... One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.-- Henry Miller

the road/Chapala is calling

Big base bicyclists.

Big base bicyclists.

It is important to get off the bike, get a brake from the road, connect with the same humans for more than a couple of hours, leave all your stuff in one place and not having to pack all the gear, clean your bike...clean yourself, mend and fix, eat in the same restaurant twice or three times, get opinionated about streets, parks, corners and stores...

Leaving - not easy, but the road is calling...we got lots to ride before Tierra del Fuego.

One strange/funny thing I need to mention here is, that people on the streets here in Mexico greet us by saying "bye" when we ride by them. It makes sense...it's a fleeting moment, especially when on a bike. "Hi" "bye" could work, but it's too long.

Cute, cracks me up...

bye....
