The parks do look pretty nice and the plants are tropical like oasis’, so lots of palm trees. But –of course- they are all very organized and neat and there is no dirt on the ground at all – I think they even sweep the parks.
But people do use them - almost at any time of day people are launching around on the grass and the benches, sleeping or socializing. It seems as if everybody has a lot of time on their hands, even the ones in suits........
