That fruit looked good,
but it wasn't!!
Maybe it was some sort of pumpkin.....it had no taste and that nice orange color and the juicy look is totally misleading.
At this point I had it and I went on line to find out what it is: "Zapote" is the name.
It tasted -if anything - like pumpkin and a faint idea of papaya...
I took two bites and left it to look at for a couple of days before tossing it - bummer! I had such high expectations!
