Once upon a time, not too long ago it was hard to find many products here in France that we consider staples- like mayonnaise, peanut butter, and ketchup. Today, however, a few of the French chains make Publix look like a mom and pop store. They also feature “American” products such as “American Barbecue Sauce” or “American Salad Dressing” and of course “Harry's American Bread.”
Needless to say, the wine selection rivals “Total Wine”. There is also a huge quantity of yogurt, packaged cheese, a cheese shop and on and on. It's a perfect thing to do on a dreary rainy day!
