Finally got the diary up to date again before catching the bus/tube off to the hockey. The first game was Japan v New Zealand and Japan won in a tight game. As our seats were the other end to our crowd we wandered down and caught up to find they had empty seats around them, so joined them for the Australian v Belgium match. It was a very tight affair and as the score line was 0:0 as the end approached, both sides started to get a little desperate, but to no avail. End of the game was still 0:0. After this game we were able to go down and catch up with the Australian team which was great. We had some time with Jocie (in between her signing autographs😊). Then we headed off to the pub for an ale before heading back to have a typical English meal of fish and chips for dinner.
