Started the day with smoked kipper for brekkie (go Ace) and then headed for the city hop on hop off and found it gave us a free countryside hop on hop off so did both. Then hit a snag - due to Bath uni graduating today both the Abbey and Assembly rooms were closed for the day. So had a wander round the street and into a jewellers named Mallory where you have to push a buzzer to be let in and the watches start at 8000 pounds!! Also did a small local museum which was ok. Ended Bath in a local establishment with a local cider. Train to London where we met Carol and went back to her place - our base for the next five days.
