I love The Great Ocean Road down in Victoria. Each curve along its coastal path just takes my breath away. There is just so much to see and every time I get the opportunity to journey down its windy laneways I discover something I’ve never seen before. There is always something new.
However The Grotto would still have to be my absolute favourite place. I could just imagine myself with some cushions, getting all comfortable in one of its many nooks accompanied by a good novel and an old notebook for jotting down some poetry, listen to the musical rhythm of the waves as they rise, fall and then crash against the rocks. The opening exposed like a window into the sea. The vibrant colours of the orange rocks contrasted with the deep blue of the water. You can not help but be swept away with all this beauty around you.
A photo really just doesn't do it justice - there are so many elements to the beauty of this hidden coastal cave - but here is just a fragment of the place I love.
