San Pedro de Atacama! An Oasis in the driest desert on earth. (Sunday the third - leaving Wednesday the 6th)

Never expected to find such a wonderful place in the middle of the real nowhere!
Yes, it is a touristy town, yes, it is horrendously expensive, but, we found a camping situation with a family on the edge of town with a reasonable price to set up our tent and rest, gather ourselves, eat, hydrate, connect and be humans again. We cleaned our bikes, slept long, hard and deep, collected some dough from the actually functioning and money filled ATMs, stocked up our food supplies, partied with some generous, funny and highly entertaining brazilians who fed us bloody steaks, Coke and Sprite.
We are some happy campers here in the middle of the desert. The big mountain pass is waiting, it's called Abra Jama, it's 4800m high and Argentina is waiting on the other side. Off to Salta, Argentina tomorrow!
