The Dam Square or Times Square Dutch Style

NETHERLANDS | Friday, 5 August 2016 | Views [265]

In the heart of Amsterdam is Dam Square. The best way to describe it, is to think Times Square, New York City. The crowds are similar, the people dressed in costumes hoping for a handout, hoards of people taking “selfies” , street entertainers, tourists visiting from all over the world, clothing shops you would all recognize and cheese and food shops galore. And to top it all off, there is that “certain smell” permeating the air from what people are smoking!
