Today has been by far my favorite day in Italy because of how
sports crazy I am. Morgan, Katie and I went to a Florence football match
today. It was definitely my favorite thing I have done just because it was so
exciting! We had really good seats which weren’t super expensive and the whole
crowd was just crazy. We kept yelling things in Italian and the guys in front
of us were laughing. MERDA! Oh well, we also figured out whose jerseys we want
to buy because we know who the best looking guys on the team are now. OH
Firenze, sua squadra è calda! Basically all of the Florence team was good
looking so that made the game even better! It was just so much fun to be in the
middle of the Italians singing their songs and cheering for their team. It made
me wish I could have been at the World Cup when Italy won or at least be
in Italy when that happened.
After dinner, Morgan and I made dogs and fries and watched Sweet Home Alabama. We went for
gelato at a new-to-us place on Via D’ Neri which was the perfect end to a
perfect day!
