Started the day at the Louvre. There is more there than you could possibly see and after about 4 hours our brains were full, so we went for a nice little cruise down the Seine checking out the city. Then went exploring the island and found Sainte Chappelle which was awesome. It is a 13th century gothic chapel with brilliantly-coloured glass windows, known to be the oldest windows in Paris. We then went and had a look around Notre Dame, and checked out the Gardens of the Tuileries which are suffering a bit from the heat wave (?) they are having over here. Matt - check the gallery !
