I am still here in Seville, and actually will be until Tuesday morning.
Yesterday wasn't a particulalry exciting day-I went to the train station to look at tickets for some other destinations for the day, like Cadiz-and took the long way. I got on the metro, took it one stop, then got on the commuter train-took that one stop, and reached the station. I looked at tickets, and decided to walk back to the old town and my hotel (Which was a long walk). Along the way I stopped at a mall and bought a new belt (I was debating to see if i left it on the hostel, but decided against it as the hostel was a walk in another direction, and sort of hard to get into as the door isn't always open). Further along the walk I also got a haircut, and bought lunch at a convenience store of a container of tabolluah (how ever spelt), and bought a bag of olives from a lady selling them on the street. Eventually, I made it back into town and back to the hotel, where I took a nap. Later on, I had another walking tour lined up, so ate dinner first at a resturant and went to the walking tour meeting point at a place called Tore de oro, a medievil tower, but I was the only one there, so I told the guide I would call back tomorrow (which is today), and we would try again.
Then I went back to the hotel after a long walk. Took a short nap, and went out again for some photos.
Yesterday, I checked out of the hostel and into the hotel-the hostel was like a party-the hotel is basic to say the least-the biggest luxury, which I discovered this morning, is a second light by the bed, in addition to the main light for the room, and sort of lonely. I am here until Tuesday.
Why I am here in Seville until tuesday? Good question. While it is a beautiful city, it isn't one that warrants 7 days, admittedly. After the hostel, I figured out it would be more expensive to fly out of here on the weekend instead of during the week (which is somewhat true)-so I decided to fly out on Monday-except airfares are about 50% less on Tuesday. So I am here until Tuesday. I think there is a reason I am here so long, I just haven't figured it out yet.
