Today we headed back to Rach Gia on the ferry. On the way over, smooth sailing. Not so on the way back. It was rough as, you know its going to be a fun trip when they hand out spew bags.
Thankfully, my vomits only lasted two day and today I was feeling fine. It was a rough journey with many people hurling. The people working on the boat sold us a bus ticket back to Ho Chi Minh, departing at 11am. 15 minutes after we got into Rach Gia. Perfect. Or so we thought.
The mini bus had us squashed in with Matt, Tim, Me and some Vietnamese lad (poor bugger) all in a three seater back seat. This was a trip lasting 7 hours. Obviously the trip was not fun, in fact painful. But after 7 hours we made it.
We met two Danes on the way and they caught a cab with us back to the backpacker area. Tried to book into Happy Inn again but it was full. So they took us to Happy Inn two. It was plush, big towels nice. Powerful shower even better. And a softer bed, yes!
We washed up and went and book our tickets for Dalat (Central Highlands) for the following day. Then a bite to eat and back to bed. The next day was to see Tim leaving us to head to Thailand.
