One Foot Off the Merry-Go-Round

A 25 minute taxi ride from Same Sen Sam place to the train station in Bangkok... 13 hour overnight train ride to Chumphon... 25 minute bus ride to pier... 3 hour boat ride to Koh Tao. I think our favorite of those was the train ride. We had sleeper cars that were really comfortable and the train was filled with like-minded people our age, so the comradery made the trip even more fun. I went to bed slightly earlier than anyone else... I wanted to lay down on my bed in the train and listen to a little music... I decided on Beethoven, Symphony No. 4. It was the right choice.
