We must go.... ...live to feed the hungry, stand beside the broken.

Here we go...

Alright, well, we started tonight.  Or early this evening, rather.  Craziness, thus far!!  Approximately 400 students!  It's an insanely huge project!!! And it's hot as all get out here in Ft. Walton Beach.  The students arrived today between 2 and 4....that was so hectic!!!  4 groups came in at the same time at one point and that was sooooo difficult to get them their forms and get them registered and direct them to where they needed to go!!! It was sooooo draining.  Then we had our Welcome Celebration...which was fun....interesting....ummm but fun!  Our adults have a time during that celebration where they go and have a meeting with our Project Coordinator who had told us "It won't take too long...we'll get out of there pretty quick, probably"....well....what was scheduled to be an hour turned into an our and a half and I was stalling as best I knew how.  Luckily, one of my teammates, Matt, saved my butt and came up there with me and played a few guessing games with the kids.  That was sooo incredibly helpful!!!  Then, after welcome, we came to Starbucks so we could get an internet connection.  Which we ended up having to pay for.  We needed internet to update our computer, which wasn't up to date at all, which meant we couldn't use half of the things in worship that we had planned on....and the computer STILL isn't completely updated.  That's what I'm working on now.  However, worship tonight went really really well.  Despite the complete lack of practice on my part, the Lord moved and placed my fingers on the right chords and placed my voice on the right notes and worship time was beautiful!  I also go to see my family and our family friends, The Kelley's and that was awesome to have them there!  We still have a lot of work to do tonight!  We have to post crews, put labels on the encouragram envelopes (all 400 of them), i have to make an order of worship for tomorrow night, i have to then make the media shout presentation for the worship, I have to take a shower (cause i STINK!), and at some point, i need to sleep.  And eat dinner.  Still haven't done that.  I had an iced mocha for dinner at about 6:15 and I still havent' ACTUALLY eaten...it is 9:37.  It's going to be a crazy week.  But i have no doubt that the Lord is going to do some amazing things!  He has already begun!

Sorry this post seemed complain-y.  It's just been a hectic day.  I'm still sweating.  haha....but it's going to be great!  Be in prayer!  Thanks...i love you all!
