Day 95 - Zen in São Paulo

This afternoon I had a wonderful experience with my friends at the Zu Lai temple here in São Paulo - http://www.budanet.org.br/

This is the largest temple of this kind in latin America and hosts some of the most beautiful gardens, buddhas and people that I have ever seen. My friend Victor has studied meditation here and I can see that this is a very special place for him.

We drank jasmine tea, walked the gardens and were mezmerized by the museum before the skies opened up and we were drenched with rain! Still a wonderful afternoon and a definite must for anyone visiting São Paulo.
