At 11:28am yesterday Squaw Valley USA was closed down "due to high winds and safety concerns".. a result of 36 inches in 24 hours + 152mph winds. It was snowing at a rate of over 2 inches an hour!! Squaw, you never cease to amaze me of how you can transfer yourself in just a day. It's safe to say we can start calling this "Fabulous February". With the latest 24 hour totals February snow is clocking in at the 11 foot mark.
And this is why I love Tahoe!
