Consider this my first 'real time' post.
I'm wrapping things up here in SW Ontario, visiting family and friends, sorting out the obligatory travel prep, and waiting for it to sink in that I'm actually done my undergrad degree ('finally'/'where did those 4 years go?'). It's wild having stints in Europe, Tajikistan, and South Africa set up in such fast succession of each other! The past year has been like that skyward ascent over Cape Town, getting hooked into the parachute while gazing out over the endless mountains and ocean - and now I'm sitting on the edge of the open door with my legs hanging out of the plane, ready to make the leap...
