The tasting after the museum tour consisted of 3 types of vodka (which I had no problem with) and 3 traditional Russian appetizers (which I did not fare as well with): a large dill pickle (not so bad), a small raw fish with eyes and tail intact on a piece of bread (disgusting), and 2 rolled slices of pork fat on bread (I almost gagged just thinking about that again).
