Hi Everyone,
So, I made it to Mar del Plata, 5½ hours down the coast from Buenos Aires. It´s hot here too but at least there´s a sea breeze. It´s mad. I I have never seen so many people on a beach.....ever. Have a look at the photos. I´m sharing a room with a Swedish girl and a German girl. There´s a photo of us all out for dinner last night. Mar del Plata is to Buenos Aires what Ballybunion is to Limerick or Lahinch to Clare. Everyone leaves Buenos Aires (because it´s so hot) and comes here instead. Even the entertainment comes too, street performers, shows and the theatre.
Next stop is hopefully, Barliloche, the Lake District. It should be cooler again down there. It´s 18 hours away by bus. I´ll probably try and break the trip somewhere along the way.
