L'arc de Triumphe! Around it is a round-about that is about 5 lanes wide, but there are no lane lines. It was pretty much a big free-for-all. I learnt later that this is the one place in France where, if you get in an accident, your insurance does not cover you. From the insurance company's point of view, this seems like a smart Idea to me. It was insane.
