On my way to Australia! Hopefully this little journal will help me describe where I am and what I'm doing while out in the big wide world.

just of the wet boat!

just of the wet boat!

Here I am on the Island of Utila which is part of the Bay Islands which  are just of Honduras. It took, 6 hours in a van from Copan. Then we got on a boat for over an hour to take part in the most horrific sea crossing you can imagine, Sandra you would have not made it!! We are now joined by seven new people all of which are American and very excited. the rest of us being English or from singapore are all relaxed and quiet now, they must think we are very boring! Four  of the Americans are on Honeymoon thats two couples not the whole four that would be too much even for Gap! The main group have gone on a boat trip after the last one I have decided to stay on the beach and pool to relax. We leave here tomorrow to travel 12 hours then a wee sleep then another 12 hour journey

Make you right about the boat trip. Weather here is awful and I think we are getting just as wet though! Probably takes longer to get dry. Young son off today for his outdoor pursuits weekend, his luggage was twice the size of yours!!!! Looking forward to the washing next week.....NOT!
PS: where's the tan???

Hi Moley!
well those men in your pic look as though they're dressed for dinner after the sights that Siany and i have seen in Glastonbury! We had a fantastically muddy time, drinking from the early hours of the morning right through to the next morning- very little sleep, excellent thigh muscles from squatting over the loos, and a slightly burnt nose from the last day! Amazing memories just can't believe we've got to wait a whole year till we can do it again!
Still reading your journal regularly, thoroughly enjoying it- especially the pics.
love Kay xxx
