I found my second home, Ocho y Medio, the art house cinema that shows severals programs daily on 35mm, 16mm and video. From German experimental shorts to French films, Brazilian films, classics.. several of which have come through the PFA. For $2, Im very excited, and its just minutes from my house... in what seems like the berkeley hills of quito. Watching foreign films with spanish subtitles is a great way to help me learn spanish. so excited... I think I may try to catch one this afternoon....
