Is French food better than Italian food?

FRANCE | Tuesday, 12 June 2007 | Views [960]

A question as simple as this really does not require an answer.  However there is a definative answer.  NO it is not.  The verdict is overwhelming, however no opinion has been quite so eloquently put as the world renouned Chef: Anton Bruleè, who once said:

"next time I use my french stick (bread), it will be to wipe my backside.  Bread, cheese, and ham?  Is this a joke?  What the French consider a delicacy, I make when there is nothing left in the refridgerator."

...and this from Chef Posuaèr:

"a savoury crepé is like boiling a duck - simply unheard of...crazy frogs"

Two thumbs up to Anton, and Italian cooking is by far the best.
