We've left the lovely New Zealand behind and we're now in Australia. Our last week or so was great even though we were rained on a lot - but we expected that from the West Coast. We left the country on a high with ice-climbing (fantastic fun, using axes and crampons to spider climb up an ice cliff) and off-roading in a go-kart (there was no mud flap my side so I got a little muddy!) The weather's a little warmer here in Sydney, a really cool city with great views and beaches on the doorstep. We head to Tasmania tomorrow for a complete contrast.
