We leave our last taste of luxury tomorrow and head out on our first trip - can't wait now. We've loved rio and have had some glorious sunshine to go swimming in the sea, strolling down Ipanema beach and enjoy the views from and of Cocovada. Today though was like waking up in London with relentless, pouring rain but we didn't let it stop us and we headed up the sugar loaf cable cars in eerie whiteness - a very private experience (but we did get to test our stylish (!) cagouls)
